Governmental Field

First: he was appointed on 4/11/1959 in the general department of customs as A  customs inspector in the customs and ports guard, then was transferred to the Position of the customs controller and al – Atraf centers.

Second: he was transferred to the department on 17/3/1962, and was assigned As head of the correspondence department, then to the organization and Employment department them the employment department. The nature of his Work necessitated that he moves between the departments of the ministry and The centers of customs. During the period of his work in the position of head of The employment department, he used shoulder also the works of controller of

Third: on 21/2/1973, he was transferred to the position of the controller of the administrative affairs.

Fourth: on 6/8/1975, a decree was issued attaching the administrative affairs of The customs and ports to the ministry of communication , and then was followed With another decree on 28/9/1975 appointing him as director of the Administrative affairs in the ministry.

Fifth: on 23/1/1979, the administrative affairs department was re- organized, and He was assigned the position of manager of the personal affairs and general Services department in charge.

Sixth: on 14/8/1979, was assigned the responsibilities and capacities of the deputy Assistant undersecretary for administrative affairs till 31/12/1988.

Seventh:  on 31/10/1980, a decree was issued delegating him to position of the Senior manager of the department of administrative affairs in the ministry of the communication, customs and ports.

Eighth:  on 31/10/1982, a decree was issued delegating him to perform the Works of the assistant undersecretary for administrative affairs as of 1/11/1982,

Ninth: an emiri decree was issued appointing him as assistant undersecretary on 10/7/1983 He was always assigned the works of  the undersecretary during his existence Abroad in official duties. During his service period, he participated in a lot of Committees and administrative and organizational tasks in the ministry either as A head or a member of such committees, most important of which are the following:

1- Committee of preparing the budget of the ministry

2- Personal affairs committee.

3- Committee or mail distribution and development.

4- Committee of studying security means inside and outside the general warehouse.

5-The sports committee of the ministry.

6- Participated as a head of a working team in describing and organizing the positions in the ministry

7- Participated in the committee concerned with studying the situation of the marine officers and suggesting the preparation of the Kuwaiti marine cadre.

8- Official tasks for the ministry abroad.

9- Elected member of the national council and was the first in the circle with a percentage of 65%

10- Participated in various committees of the council.

Tenth: he was transferred to the general department as undersecretary.

Eleventh: member of the higher council of the general department of traffic Affairs and representative the ministry of communication (transportation department)

Symposiums and Tasks Of Mr.Sagr Al-Sudan Al-Ennizi

Assistant undersecretary of communication for administrative affairs

-Represented the of state of Kuwait in attending the conference organizer by the International marine company (imco) located in Britain, as a head of the mission

-Attended the second symposium for higher Administration as representative of the Kuwaiti management, which was organized by the Arab institute for Planning during the period form 21/12/1975 till 24/12/1975.

-Performing official tasks abroad for meeting engineers and technicians applying for occupying some positions in the ministry.

-Attending the training course of the government higher administration Program which was organized by the Arab organization for administrative Sciences in Alexandria during the period form 9/10/1976 to 10/10/1976.

-Participated as a member in the fourth symposium of the higher Administration for development of the systems of employment and labor in Kuwait Sheraton hotel, from 14/1/1978 to 16/1/1978

-Attended the symposium of training department in Kuwait on 25/9/1978 in Hilton hotel.

-Was delegated to attend the first Arab scientific cooperator conference in Baghdad during the period form 2/9/1985 to 26/9/1985.

-Attending the symposium held Kuwait university on the strategy of Administrative development directed to assistant undersecretaries for Administrative and financial affairs in ministries, during the period form 22/12 to 25/12/1985.
